The trails above Stellenbosch are some of the best-loved in the country, and heli-biking skips the climb. You fly from Cape Town International with your guide, start with coffee and rusks at the top and ride the first descent.
The helicopter then lifts you back up for a second run on a different trail. Non-riders can hike or wait for brunch. Rides suit experienced to advanced riders.
