Who we are
This website is run by CPT Tours, a Cape Town tour business. We arrange scenic helicopter flights with a licensed helicopter operator based at the V&A Waterfront. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What this website collects
Nothing is stored on this website. The booking form runs entirely in your browser: when you press send it opens WhatsApp with your enquiry written out. Your details only reach us if you choose to send that message. The site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use your enquiry
We use the details you send (your name, phone number, email if given, travel date and group size) only to arrange your flight. To confirm a booking we share the necessary details with the helicopter operator, who needs them for safety and passenger records. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. We keep our conversation with you only for as long as we need it to arrange and support your booking.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Message Rameez on WhatsApp at +27 78 686 0902. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
