Fly south along the Atlantic coast to the Twelve Apostles, the jagged sandstone buttresses that tower over Camps Bay.
This is the flight most people picture when they imagine Cape Town from a helicopter. From the Waterfront you follow the coastline south past the city’s landmarks and the beaches of Clifton to Camps Bay, where the Twelve Apostles rise straight out of the suburbs.
There are actually eighteen peaks, so try counting them on the way past. Keep an eye on the ocean too: whales are sometimes spotted from the air.
